McLanahan Sizer Grease Cabinet & Hosing Installation

We were asked to design, manufacture, install & commission a fully functional grease system to provide continuous lubrication to the McLanahan Sizer machine used in the secondary & tertiary crushing circuits at Peabody Wambo CHPP.
We designed & fitted a stainless-steel grease injector cabinet to be mounted to the machine. The cabinet consisted of 15 grease injectors mounted to manifold blocks & connected via stainless tubing & compression fittings.
We also supplied & fitted all the hydraulic hoses & stainless tubing that supply grease within the cabinet to the bearing housings & seals. There are a total of 15 grease lines that lubricate the bearing & seals on the machine via the injectors mounted inside the cabinet.
The grease lines were fully purged ready to go back to site as a turn key project
The main purpose of the cabinet is to protect the injectors & associated parts from the harsh environment ensuring optimum cleanliness & longevity.
