Hose Reel Stations for Inpit Facility

We were asked to design, manufacture, install & commission 4 x hose reel stands with roof structure for the dump truck refuelling stations at United Wambo inpit refuelling facility.
Three (3) separate hose reels (Grease/Oil/Adblue) were mounted sided by onto fabricated stands. These stands were designed to be bolted onto concrete blocks. A skillion roof structure was also designed as part of the project. These structures were also bolted to the rear side of the concrete blocks as part of this unique design.
As the commencement of the installation process, we disconnected all hoses from the existing system, 1 fuel point at a time to minimise refuelling delays. The concrete blocks were removed transferred to a clear area so the hose reel frames could be bolted to them prior to returning them to the fuel points. The ground had to be re-levelled by use of a Bobcat to ensure the ground was prepared level & packed down for stability.
The roof structures were carefully craned into position so our team could connect the steelwork sections joining the roof section to the main hose reel stand & concrete blocks.
